I have lived in the area for 20 + years and have been to most of the veterinarians in the area and Dr Beri is awesome! I recommend him and his staff to all of my friends. more

This clinic is wonderful. We had a very sick dog and they took us in right away. Our funds are limited and we couldn't afford our regular vet. A friend recommended Dr. Beri and he was wonderful. We have 3 dogs and will be coming to see him from now on for all out veterinary needs. more

I have 3 cats and one dog, and I take them all to Crossroads. I've got to say I really love Dr. Beri! He's great! My dog is a little aggressive when I bring him to the vet. Especially when I have to get his nails cut. Dr. Beri is very understanding of my dog, and it's always the same routine when I bring my dog in, which is really nice. He's not rough with my dog either, even if he's a little aggressive. He always does a great job with him, and always keeps a smile on his face! I trust Dr. Beri with all my pets! He's been great to all of them! I wouldn't want to take them to any other vet. more

This animal hospital is truly one of a kind. It has an old fashioned feel to it. It is not a huge practice with a dozen doctors running around with high prices. The doctor, Dr Beri, and he's the only one, takes his time and is very compassionate. He is a no nonsense Dr. that will evaluate, diagnose, and treat your pet wonderfully, and you won't get sticker shock!! more

Dr. Beri and staff are extremely compassionate and have helped us with a number of our pets. They take the time to explain the diagnosis, and give practical options and solutions. We had previously used another vet that seemed more interested in running up the office visit tab, than providing the necessary care for our pets. We have recommended several neighbors to Dr. Beri and they have been equally impressed. We won't use any one else for our vet care. more

Maybe I just went there on bad days, but I was not impressed with the bedside manner of anyone at this place. None of the staff made any kind of effort to interact with my dog, who is very friendly but is nervous when he's at the vet. Up until he was neutered, he had just been in for his shots. When I brought him in for his surgery, they just took his leash from me and dragged him to a crate. No effort to try and make him more comfortable like petting or talking to him or anything. Their prices on shots are good. Other than that, I would look elsewhere. more

My grandson's gave me a small puppy. Not having a small pet for 40 years, I had to make a decision on an animal hospital. While scanning the phone book and speaking with friends and family, I wanted to make the right decision. My final decision was to drive the 25 miles (one way) and give Dr. Beri an opportunity to treat my puppy. Sugar was spaded and nails clipped. After a small check-up Dr. Beri identified possible mites, or small infection in one ear. Dr. Beri stated he would take a slide and test it. I called mid morning to check on Sugar, and they stated they had just put her under and would be starting surgery shortly. We received a phone call late morning, to make us aware she was in recovery and doing well. When we picked her up the staff brought her out and we could tell she was comfortable being there. It is very comforting to take my dogs to a skilled and competant vet and know he's not going to try and squeeze every last penny from you. You won't be disappointed in Dr. Beri. more

Finding a new Vet for your pet when you relocate can be a very "scary" prospect, but thanks to a friend's recommendation, I was referred to Crossroads/Dr. Beri. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the facility & the friendliness of the Staff/Dr. Beri. Nemo was due for his yearly exam, boosters & heartworm bloodwork. Dr. Beri & his tech were so gentle/knowledgeable Nemo was relaxed during the entire visit, something Bostons are not known for! And the cost of the entire visit, plus 6-month supply of heartworm medication was approx. $100 less than I had paid last year. I cannot say enough good things about them & will highly recommend them to anyone who asks. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! more

This was my first time going to Crossroads and I was very impressed with the care, cleanliness and prices at this Hospital. They were up front with the cost of treatments that my dog received they were very reasonable compared to other animal hospitals. The care that my dog received was very gentle and the Vet informed me of all medications and treated my dog for all of her problems. My dog had blood work done, a shot of antibiotic and pills to take home, a shot for her joints and rimadyl pills to take home and I only paid 199$ for everything for which I have paid at least twice that amount at other hospitals. Also I inquired about the grooming and their prices are 20$ cheaper than my dog's last animal hospital.\r \r I was referred to them by a friend that takes their dogs to them and they are also very happy with the service they received. I brought my dog in for an anal gland draining and nail clipping. Needless to say, the doctor was very harsh with my dog, whom is very well mannered. I was yelled at for holding on to him, there was blood all over the table from cutting his nails to close (which I had warned them NOT to do) and by the time they were done both my dog and I were shaking profusely. Other than that my experience sucked.\r \r For those of you getting into the veterinarian racket, here's a sure fire way to be successful. Treat your animals like a patient, not an obstacle. In fact, if any animal hospital in this god-forsaken so-called community would treat their animals with a ounce of decency, I guarantee you would be the place everyone would flock to. PROS: Seemed like it might be some sort of animal hospital. CONS: They were about as gentle as a bulldozer on crack. more

I wasn't overly impressed with this animal hospital but it is an ok place to take your pet. The place is clean and the staff is good with the animals. PROS: close to home CONS: none more
