My grandson's gave me a small puppy. Not having a small pet for 40 years, I had to make a decision on an animal hospital. While scanning the phone book and speaking with friends and family, I wanted to make the right decision. My final decision was to drive the 25 miles (one way) and give Dr. Beri an opportunity to treat my puppy. Sugar was spaded and nails clipped. After a small check-up Dr. Beri identified possible mites, or small infection in one ear.
Dr. Beri stated he would take a slide and test it. I called mid morning to check on Sugar, and they stated they had just put her under and would be starting surgery shortly. We received a phone call late morning, to make us aware she was in recovery and doing well. When we picked her up the staff brought her out and we could tell she was comfortable being there.
