She also has extensive background as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) handling all aspects of buying and selling distressed properties, i.e. foreclosures (REO/Bank Owned properties) and short sales. Paul handles Commercial Real Estate focusing on Medical Buildings, with a range of options for medical professionals. He also assists with buying, selling, leasing, and developing most kinds of commercial property and advises on Commercial Real Estate Investment.
