Crippen Cars

I have been going to Crippen for service since I purchased my zoom zoom...Mazda 3 car in 2009. I have found Tom, service manager, to go above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any car repair or dealership I have had in the past. Tom schedules any appointment I need after work and gets me finished speedily. I am a single mom with this car only and drive an hour to work so I never have to leave my car in the morning. I can bring it in after work. His prices are always spot on and if he can't help me perfectly at first he keeps working on it until I am completely satisfied. Tom is cool and I know I can count on him, because he knows me and wants me to depend on Crippen for all my service needs. Thanks Crippen and thanks, Tom. more

Visited Crippen for the first time last month and drove away with a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse. Not only was my salesman, Kyle, very informative, honest, and straightforward about what he could and could not do, he was very helpful. When I picked up the car he went out of his way to help me set up things like OnStar, Bluetooth, etc. Everyone I have run into at the dealership have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I have bought 3 different vehicles from Crippen Auto Mall. I enjoy the availability of reps, the helpfulness and varity of vehicles and services. I have always been treated faily & with respect. I have always been given great prices on vehicles and the services. I trust Crippen and I know they know what they are doing. I love the courtesy van they use when I need a ride to work.
