I have been going to Crippen for service since I purchased my zoom zoom...Mazda 3 car in 2009. I have found Tom, service manager, to go above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any car repair or dealership I have had in the past. Tom schedules any appointment I need after work and gets me finished speedily. I am a single mom with this car only and drive an hour to work so I never have to leave my car in the morning. I can bring it in after work. His prices are always spot on and if he can't help me perfectly at first he keeps working on it until I am completely satisfied. Tom is cool and I know I can count on him, because he knows me and wants me to depend on Crippen for all my service needs. Thanks Crippen and thanks, Tom.
