A Safe Place for a Rabbit 4/15/2009

There are very few veterinarians in southern Florida who are experienced in the treatment of rabbits, and I'm very happy to say that Dr. Bogdansky at Country Club is absolutely top notch. He's an excellent surgeon, has good instincts, and has been a godsend for our rescued rabbits.\r \r Although he's more experienced with dogs and cats than with rabbits, he is always willing to learn new things about rabbits. He's terrific! more

Country Club Animal Hospital killed my dog 8/15/2008

I took my boston terrier to Country Club Animal Hospital on Bird Road in Miami, FL where he was treated by Dr Bailey. He was to have a routine dental procedure where he would be anesthetized. I was never warned of the possibility that anything could go wrong, never once advised that it was anything but a routine procedure. To make a long story short, my dog who we treat like a member of the family had a poor reaction to the procedure and never came out of it. We brought him home, but he had to return the the vet soon after because he was lethargic and would not eat. The vet kept him for a week and he slowly declined. When we lost our dog the vet had little to say except give us a huge bill for his services. The office seemed very uncaring to our situation and accepted no responsibility. I know we signed the waiver for the services to be performed but at no time were we informed that anything like this could or would happen. I am heartbroken and the vet just doesn't care. Please think a more

Please think about this if you choose to use this vet. I will never go back there again. Cons: They do not care about how important your pet is to you more

my rabbit had gotten ill and I took her to several vets in miami...After no one being able to help I called UM for help...they advised that all the things that the previous vets were doing was not proper for a rabbit...they referred me to one of the Dr's who works at country club...he was awesome...unfortunately it was too late and we had to but bunny to sleep more
