Review content:
I took my boston terrier to Country Club Animal Hospital on Bird Road in Miami, FL where he was treated by Dr Bailey. He was to have a routine dental procedure where he would be anesthetized. I was never warned of the possibility that anything could go wrong, never once advised that it was anything but a routine procedure. To make a long story short, my dog who we treat like a member of the family had a poor reaction to the procedure and never came out of it. We brought him home, but he had to return the the vet soon after because he was lethargic and would not eat. The vet kept him for a week and he slowly declined. When we lost our dog the vet had little to say except give us a huge bill for his services. The office seemed very uncaring to our situation and accepted no responsibility. I know we signed the waiver for the services to be performed but at no time were we informed that anything like this could or would happen. I am heartbroken and the vet just doesn't care. Please think about this if you choose to use this vet. I will never go back there again.
Cons: They do not care about how important your pet is to you
