Best

This business has always been on top. I just stopped by to ask about a recall on my Tacoma and they checked my car out in about 15 minutes and I was gone. Thanks!!

Worst

We had Boulder toyota perform service on our Highlander (to the tune of ~$2,000). When we brought the vehicle into Grease Monkey to have the next oil-change they told us Boulder...

Excellent service, thorough & speedy. 3/17/2011

On our road trip through Boulder, the check engine light came on- not wanting to get stuck in the middle of some Wyoming prairie, I called Boulder Toyota- they got us in right away, as in, ten minutes! They got the car ready to make the 20 hour drive home-  they even made sure our dog had water while we waited. Excellent service, thorough & speedy. more

Got excatly what i asked for 3/10/2011

I bought a vehicle here a little over a year ago. While my salesperson wasn't an expert on the vehicle I wanted, he went to great lengths to get exactly what I asked for, and I wound up with exactly the truck I wanted, at a bit less than I expected to pay. The best part of the experience, though, has been with the service department. Everyone there has been honest and straightforward; letting me know when I might not need to spend money on something, and making an extra effort to get my truck finished on time. I've rarely found a dealership that treats customers so well. Working with Boulder Toyota has been the best dealership expereince I've had in the Front Range. more

Always a great experiance 3/7/2011

Having Mike Valois as a Service Advisor is truly a peak experience. I always know that I'm going to be taken care of in an efficient and more importantly, a friendly and considerate manner. He always has a smile and a kind word - and no problem is too big. more

Great service 3/1/2011

I went to the Boulder Toyota dealership because of a high recommendation from a coworker. I have to admit I was in a pinch because my other car (a 2005 Honda Hybrid) was not driveable and needed over $4K in work done to it. I was honest with the salesman and told him (I'm felt that I had to explain my sour face) about the car. He checked into trade-in options, got me the current consumer reports and blue book values on the cars I was interested in. I felt like I got the best deal of the day. A used car that I was eyeing was $9,900 and I got it for $7,500 and a GREAT warranty and they will even cover the cost of my oil changes. Great service and highly recommended. Since my experience I've shared with a few people and everyone I have talked with has heard only great things about this dealership. more

I was blown away 2/3/2011

It's an understatement to say that  electrical problems in cars can be difficult to diagnose. Especially intermittent ones. I took my 99 Avalon (yes, I am the only person under 55 that drives this great car) to Boulder Toyota for an air bag warning light problem.  Paid to have it fixed and away I went.  However after a short time the light started to come back on - again intermittently.  After the second return trip we finally got it to come back on while at the shop. Boulder Toyota changed the diagnosis and without going into a lot of detail about the the exact parts etc... it was apparent to all that the initial diagnosis and repair was incorrect and unneeded.  Most dealerships and independent shops would have said "tough" or "we had to replace the first set of parts to find out the problem with the other parts" or some such BS.  Not Boulder Toyota.  The service writer said "do you want me to cut a check for the initial repair or apply it to the next repair?  I was blown away by the honesty.  I have not decided what to do about the needed and very expensive repair but I went ahead and had them do a complete brake job (to replace the crap installed at Mineke) and applied my credit to that work.  I have never had a service place stand so tall and be so honest. more

Good service 1/5/2011

Good Service I had my 95' toyota pickup repaired here. The service manager that I worked with, Chris, did an excellent job at conveying the problem of the vehicle, how much it would cost, and helped me find a spare part from a junk yard rather than buying an expensive brand new part that would have taken a week to come in. All in all, a 1500$ repair went down well below half the cost, and they paid for my rental for two days. They saved me some money, and saved me some time. more

Terrific - Feeling good 12/29/2010

I purchased my toyota camry hybrid from boulder toyota. This was the easy car buying process I have ever been involved in. My salesman was upfront with me and very knowledgable he knew all about the hybrid. I went to several local dealerships and got the run around about my trade and price of the vehical etc. At boulder toyota the used car mgr chris took the time to explain my trade value and explain the numbers in a way I could understand. I felt they wanted my buisness my salesman took the time to show me around the dealership and even scheduled my first oil change. When I went to the finance office I was worried this is usaully when most experience turns bad John was terrific he explained all the numbers and took the time to listen to my concerns. I never have left a dealership feeling this good I will tell all my friends and family to go to boulder toyota and I will buy my next from them. more

Great customer service! 12/28/2010

I recently purchased a gently-used 2007 Highlander in Longmont and was searching the Denver/Boulder area for a reputable Toyota dealer to have my SUV's 15,000-mile service and to make sure that everything was as it should be. I was checking service reviews at Edmunds and comparing the price by phone for service at a Denver dealer and at Boulder Toyota. I decided to take my vehicle to Boulder Toyota, as they quoted me a price far less than the Denver dealer, and they were willing to be flexible with my arrival. I had been told to ask for Mike Valois, a service manager, upon arrival. (I noticed he was expecting me, as he had paperwork indicating that I had called the day before.) He said they would like to have the vehicle for about two hours, so I asked about the possibility of a courtesy van to take my friend and me shopping at the nearby Pearl Street Mall. We were promptly taken to wherever we wanted to go. After less than two hours, Mike called to let me know that my vehicle was ready and that I should just call him back when we wanted to have the courtesy van come pick us up. We finished lunch and called for our ride. (Both drivers of the courtesy vans were very friendly and helpful.) The cashier had a line of customers checking out, but she was very efficient, so the line moved quickly. When it was my turn, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my bill was actually less than what I was quoted as an estimate over the phone the day before! (How often does THAT happen?) Mike discussed the service with me and reassured me that the vehicle I had purchaed was in great shape. Then he showed us to my vehicle, and we were on our merry way. The whole experience at Boulder Toyota was awesome and well worth the drive from Denver. The customer service was top of the line, and I will definitely be back. Thanks to Mike and all the staff at Boulder Toyota for the great customer service! I'll see you next time! more

No hassle - no problem 12/27/2010

I purchased a used 2000 Toyota 4Runner from this dealer. It's the best used vehicle purchase I've ever been through. We test drove - and asked for 24 hours to think it over --- "no problem." I called 2 hours later with an oral offer - and they accepted it in 5 minutes. No playing around - no hassle --- just a simple "yes." I expressed some concern about engine noise - and they offered a drivetrain warranty. The price we worked out was really reasonable. I liked them so much, we looked there when we needed a second vehicle. more

Top of the line service 12/17/2010

I decided to take my vehicle to Boulder Toyota, as they quoted me a price far less than the Denver dealer, and they were willing to be flexible with my arrival on Friday morning. The next day, I drove 30 miles from southwest Denver to Boulder and found Boulder Toyota with ease. I had been told to ask for Mike Valois, a service manager, upon arrival. (I noticed he was expecting me, as he had paperwork indicating that I had called the day before.)
