As I had stated in the first survey I was asked to complete, the only negative comment I would have regarding my recent experience is that a greasy handprint was left on the driver's side door panel near the window. I was very impressed however when within only about an hour after submitting my first survey responses, I received a call from the customer service manager offering to clean the spot at no cost and at my convenience. I appreciate the prompt follow up and offer. I would like to also mention that the process of making an appointment is much easier now. I spoke with two different women during the process of booking and confirming my appointment and it was refreshing how friendly, professional, and helpful they were. (I am so sorry that I do not remember their names.) Keep up the good work!!
