Normally, I don't do these things, ratings. They take too much of my time and effort. But in this case I am making an exception. They deserve to be credited for the kind of business they have. It's a small, privately owned shop, but their service and their prices are incredible, more than fair. Accurate quotes that are priced more than competitively, based on my research. The owner's name is Erik (I don't remember his last name) and he goes way beyond the expected in the way he deals with and treats his customers, and the attention he gives to you and your car. He might be a bit of a perfectionist which, in his business, I suppose is a very good thing.\r

You almost immediately feel like Erik is your friend with your best interest in mind, not the insurance company's, not even his, and not how much money he can get out of you. When he promises something, he always does what he says he is going to do, and does it when he says he will do it. That's big! Great experience, high quality work. As far as I am concerned, there is no need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Coon Rapids Collision. Compare their prices, if you must but I doubt, very much, you can do better. Very happy I stumbled across them.
Pros: Almost everything about them is exceptional, especially price and service.
Cons: Located in Coon Rapids, although just off the Hwy 10 freeway. And for some that is a bit of a trip.
