Exellent, knowledgeable service 6/24/2012

Continnental Imports gave me excellent, knowledgeable service so that I was able to make 3,600 mile trip in a car with 103,000 miles, which hadn't been serviced in 2 years, without difficulty and and no breakdowns. Every penny I spent for service with Continental Imports was well worth it! more

Darren & Heidi are excellent. They try their best to save money and the mechanics are very good and knowledgeable. I sold the 92 SL 500 and gave the man your card. His name is Jack Murphy and he plans on having it serviced at your location. I bought a new SL and plan on getting the normal service work done at Continental. Now you have TWO cars to service!! My experience with Continental Imports has been fine. I've been a customer for many, many years. I continue to take my car there because of the general satisfaction I get every time. I had a little bit of a problem the last time I was there, and that was just that my car wasn't ready and had to stay there an extra day. Other than that, things are great there. I take my car there for basic maintenance and service. more

Overall satisfactory service, but could be improved upon. 7/31/2011

Over the last 3 years I've given a lot of business to Continental Imports. During this time, some things have happened that have caused me to have less than complete faith in the company. For example, I had 4 tire alingment in 2009 and again in 2010; however, I just had to buy another 2 tires since my recently purchased tires are already worn out and it is recommended that I have another realigment. So had this service been performed, or was it just performed incorrectly? It makes me wonder. more
