After paying a $180 they created a new problem that made my computer nonfunctional and they refused to reduce the charge. Avoid this company at all cost

Saved My Computer 1/23/2005

I called Computer Guys after my computer failed (I think it was the hard drive). They were able to remove the hard drive from my computer and recover all the data. They copied all my documents, pictures, and music to a DVD and arranged for a replacement hard drive. From the friendly and assuring voice answering the phone to the professional technician they sent to my office, the experience was excellent. I feel like I owe them for saving my daughter's baby photos! Pros: Friendly, Knowledgeable, Fast Service more

Saved my life 6/24/2004

They recovered data from a laptop onto which I had spilled Diet Coke while working to meet a deadline. Quick and friendly. I all but wept with gratitude. more
