STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Tiffany Snelling steals from the community, participants and medicaid. She bills for services that were not provided for and then threatens jobs when she needs staff to lie on paper for her. How the company is still in business is beyond me. The Department should have shut them down years ago. She hires family members to help her lie and do fraudulent things because they will. My child's DS explained all of this to me before she quit because she would not falsify documentation. God is watching you Ms. Snelling. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS AGENCY.\r \r Autism mom more

@ Community V.......I’ve actually worked with and known this gentleman personally for many years and he is just the opposite of what you claim he is. He has always shown to be a great advocate for the participants they serve, is always upfront and honest with families, and is well respected among the DDA community. You claim that their business is hurting because of him? As a matter of fact since he’s been with CCI their business has more than quadrupled and referrals have never been higher, so I’m not sure where you are getting your information? To be honest it sounds like you are probably just a disgruntled ex-employee with a false identify just trying to defame and slander someone. And if you really are a “professional” then I honestly feel bad for the families, clients, and employees that you associate or come in contact with. Stop spreading lies and seriously, grow up! more

This is meant for whoever runs this company. You have the biggest dolt in the filed working for you and you do not even know it. I used to be a service coordinator for many years and I can tell you that I have many contacts with others who do the same thing. No one wants to work with you because of David. Haven’t you noticed that referrals to your company have significantly dropped off since you made him the face of your company? I know may service coordination companys who will no longer work with you because of David. He is known to everyone as a liar, an idiot, a boob, ignorant, and totally stupid. He is a habitual liar and no one out there trusts him because of this. He has no empathy or understanding, and it is clear that all he is is a wind up mouth piece who is following simple orders and does not have an individual thought in his tiny pea brain. Haven’t you figured out that everyone absolutely despises him and hates working with him and that’s why many simply choose not to and take their consumers elsewhere. Unfortunately for you, he is the best thing for your competitors out there as they benefit from services going to them because of David’s ignorance, arrogance, and total lack of brains. I haven’t done this work for a while, but I could not hold my tongue any longer and hope that someone would pull their head out of the sand and rid your company of this pariah who is single handedly ruining your company. I, like many others, used to like to work with you, but that has changed for the worse since you inflicted David upon us. Do your company a favor and either part ways with David or put him back in the closet where he belongs and where no one else will have to deal with him. Unfortunately I am being kind as I have far more unkind things, all true, that I could say and that are also shared by nearly everyone else out there who you rely on to bring you new business. I have said it, now it is up to you to do the right thing and get rid of this laughable moron. Remember, no one likes or wants to work with David because of all of his lies and damage he has caused, and that is why many are chosing not to. David is bad for your business, he is bad for the people who have to work with him, he is bad for this field, and he is the reason you are not getting as many referrals as you used to. David is absolutely the biggest blithering idiot I have ever encountered and he only knows how to lie, lie some more, tell a bigger lie, then make up a new lie to try and cover his tracks. He is an insult to your business. more

Very, Very, Verry HAPPY 3/3/2012

CCI Rocks! 2/17/2012

The residential habilitation participant that I work with just wrote a review and asked me to write one too. I have worked for a few different companies in the area who provide residential habilitation services and I can honestly say that CCI is the best. Their training and support are absolutely better then any of the other companies out there. CCI is the only company that really tries to help their participants and that really cares about them. I reccomend CCI for people who need services and for anyone who wants to work in this field and make a real difference. more

Absolutely THE Best! 2/15/2012

I want to set the record straight by saying that my adult child has been receiving services from Community Connections for quite some time and we couldn't be happier! In my opinion they are simply the best at what they do and no other company out there can hold a candle to them. Our service coordinator also highly reccomends them as the company who provides her clients with the best and most consistent services. We contract with Community Connections to provide supported living services and are totally satisfied with them. We had tried a few different services before coming to Community Connections and can tell you that there is no comparison -- Community Connections has the best people and the best program, hands down! We were very disappointed with the quality of the services we received from the other services and had lost hope in the system, that is untill we came to community connections. Contracting with Community Connections has been the best decision we have made. I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend Community connections to anyone who is looking for honest, responsive, and caring services for their developmentally challenged family members. I can personally attest that Community Connections has always had the best interests of my adult child in mind and has always listened to us and listed to us every step of the way. Don't take my word for it, go talk to them and see for yourself. I know that you will be very pleased and will easily understand why we are so pleased with them and positive about the services we receive from them. more

What a shame!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! 11/29/2011

As a mother of a child with a mental disabilities, I was looking for a wonderful environment for my child to grow and work on life skills. An environment that was filled with people to care and look out for my child. While touring the facility I was impressed with the buildings and the information Jason provided me with. I left very pleased.... this feeling did not last long! I ended up pulling my kid from their program not even 2 months after starting!!!!!! WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE!! CROOKS!! It seems as though their motto is "" BILL BILL BILL"" all they cared about was how much they could bill and get paid for. Obviously since they were so busy billing they just seemed to forget to check up on my child's staff. I was SHOCKED to find out that my child's staff had taken my child to their house!!! My child's staff would take my child to the mall to meet up with friends, run personal errands, and TEXT while driving!!!! I voiced my concern with my child's DS with no resolve, I spoke then to Rick H, who seemed completely UN-professional and said they would take care of it. With a new staff, I followed them to the Library to see the staff texting and talking on her cellphone, and my child being COMPLETELY ignored sitting in the corner. The safety and well-being of my child was completely ignored. The last straw was when my child was supposed to be picked up from school, when I get a phone call from the school saying my that no one had come to pick up my child! Called the DS and they said that they couldnt find anyone to work with my child. I had to leave work to go pick up my child who was so scared! The next day I pulled services. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to my story, do not let this happen to your family. I know how much pain this company has caused my family. more

Greedy owners screw hardworking employees before christmas! 11/20/2011

just in time for christmas the owners/operators of community connections have screwed all of their employees just in time for christmas by doubling the cost of our terrible and already overpriced health insurance. this increase take place just in time for christmas and will pretty much ensure that none of us have anything left to buy gifts whith this year since we will have to choose between christmas and healthcare coverage. i guess the owner needed a new house or needs to replace their fleet of bmw, lexus, cadalac, and other fancy cars. yes, the GRINCH is real, so all of us who work so hard to support your lavish life style at our personal expense dedicate this to you: You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch. You really are a heel. You're as cuddly as a cactus, You're as charming as an eel. Mr. Grinch. You're a bad banana With a greasy black peel. You're a monster, Mr. Grinch. Your heart's an empty hole. Your brain is full of spiders, You've got garlic in your soul. Mr. Grinch. I wouldn't touch you, with a thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole. You're a vile one, Mr. Grinch. You have termites in your smile. You have all the tender sweetness Of a seasick crocodile. Mr. Grinch. Given the choice between the two of you I'd take the seasick crockodile. You're a foul one, Mr. Grinch. You're a nasty, wasty skunk. Your heart is full of unwashed socks Your soul is full of gunk. Mr. Grinch. The three words that best describe you, are as follows, and I quote: Stink, stank, stunk! You're a rotter, Mr. Grinch. You're the king of sinful sots. Your heart's a dead tomato splotched With moldy purple spots, Mr. Grinch. Your soul is an apalling dump heap overflowing with the most disgraceful assortment of deplorable rubbish imaginable, Mangled up in tangled up knots. You nauseate me, Mr. Grinch. With a nauseaus super-naus. You're a crooked jerky jockey And you drive a crooked hoss. Mr. Grinch. You're a three decker saurkraut and toadstool sandwich With arsenic sauce! more

Genuine People, Great Service 3/30/2011

I have two children getting serviced at CCI. They really work with my family to meet all of our needs. I have worked with a lot of staff with my children over the years, and their staff are the most trained, qualified, and informed of any I have come in contact with. The professionals go out of their way to attend meetings in the schools, come over and help with family situations and behaviors, and will listen to me vent, just to let me vent. I know most of them first hand and they are not greedy or stupid as some angry people have posted. In fact, I would say just the opposite. They offer scholarships to participants that can't afford to access activities in the community or provide snacks when I couldn't afford to. When my husband lost his job, they stepped into help. So I couldn't sit back and not say something. I know that having a child with a disability can be heart breaking, but I know that Community Connections will always have my back! more

Wonderful and Caring 1/14/2011

I worked for Community Connections for a few months before I went to school. One thing I noticed right off the bat during orientation is the focus that is put on the clients on an individual level. The supervisors at CC are genuinely caring and loving people. They almost treat them like family. They strive to give the best service to their clients as possible and they encourage the rest of the employees to do likewise. The learning environment at CC is great too. There is always something going on for the kids and its always to help them progress. Overall CC I had a very positive experience working at CC and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for someone with genuine care and love for their clients. more

So many good things to say. 1/9/2011

I worked for CCI in high school doing developmental therapy and enjoyed it immensely. The enjoyment to go to work everyday was powered by the helpful, uplifting and productive work environment. I felt like I was making a difference in someone's life and in turn that person was teaching me so much. My supervisors were always, always willing to give advice, new ideas, productive suggestions and encourage me to do my best with whoever I was working with. When I moved back to Boise after 2 years of college, I applied for CCI again. They welcomed me back and I jumped right back into work. Tiffani Snelling has been a great person to learn from and to see her passion to help those with disabilities has helped me on my way to getting my degree in Special Education. Overall, CCI is a great place to work, refer new clients and see the lives of disabled children and adult changed through positive, organized and well developed IEP's. more

Friendly and Helpful environment! 1/7/2011

There are so many great things about CCI. I worked there for the summer program before i went to college and i loved it. My supervisor was extremely nice and very helpful to me and to the families of the kids i worked with. He worked with the parents of my kiddos and me so that we all had a great experience. He and my awesome boss, Tiffany Snelling, were both very hardworking and always had great attitudes about work. every fellow employee i had was a high caliber of person. the people at CCI really care for their participants and it's a fun environment for both employees and participants. there's no doubt in my mind that this is the best place for people young and old with disabilities. At CCI they will be genuinely loved and cared for, getting the best possible help from the best possible people. more

Outstanding owners make CCI a great place to work! 1/7/2011

I began working for CCI fresh out of college after earning my masters in social work. I have since switched my career focus to mental health, but I will never forget my experience working with CCI. The administrators at CCI are some of the most caring advocates for individuals with disabilities that I know. In my experience, when the owners and administrators of a company are passionate about what they do, you will find not only happy employees but well taken care of and satisfied consumers. This is what you will find at Community Connections. They have offices in Both Boise and Nampa. You won?t find a better agency. more

Supervisors are the best I've ever had. 1/7/2011

I love CCI! I worked there for almost three years, doing Developmental Therapy and working with the kids' summer programs. The vast majority of the Developmental Therapists who are hired there love their job, and work hard to help the kids. People need to realize that DT is largely a government paid program- thus there isn't a lot of funding to train employees. Nevertheless, the people here work hard to provide the best possible service regardless! I worked with different teams of coworkers every year, and always had a good experience. On top of that, my supervisor was an inspiring leader. She always went above and beyond for the kids and the employees. She stands behind her employees, and really cares about the people receiving services through CCI. I also know the Social Worker there and she is fantastic. If you are looking for people who are interested in making a difference in your child's life, you will find them at CCI. The best advice I would give to a parent looking for developmental therapy for their child is to be involved with the therapist. Let them know what you expect. Developmental therapy is not a babysitting service- let them know what you expect and they will rise to the occasion. The employees here want to make a difference. more

Wow 1/7/2011

Was surprised to see low ratings on here! I worked for the company and had nothing but good experiences with the staff, management and the way the program was run. In fact, if I still lived in the Boise area I would still be working there. The owners are passionate about what they do and it shows. You can't please everyone all the time as they say but I think the bad reviews can only be due to disgruntled employees, or people associated with them. more

Community Connections ROCKS!! 1/7/2011

I must say that I am shocked by some of the reviews on this site, but I have to keep in mind that happy people usually don't post, but after reading the reviews I felt like it was my responsibilty to post my experiences with CCI. I have worked there for the past year, and before that I was employed by another agency. There is a night and day difference between the two companies. My previous employer offered little training, and the training that was offered was unpaid spent in a room by myself with a company manual. I felt much more supported and trained for my position there not to mention PAID for the training that I received. I have always felt that my supervisors CARED about my opinion and listened to my concerns. more

Development through Therapy 1/7/2011

No matter which review board you happen upon, it seems that only those who have had an awful experience care to take the time to comment. Thus creating and untruthful perspective on the business. more
