Samit told me what they were going to do to my car and how long it would take. When they called me to let me know my car was ready. I was so surprise with the work they did. My car looks like it is new and it is a 2006 Jetta. I am very happy with the work they did and I would use them again and recomend them to my friends. Sam and folks at Collision Plus II on Hwy 6 do exactly what they say they will do and more. The repairs cost meless than estimated and my car looks and runs great.They pointed out a few surprises ( unrelated to the accident) and fixed them for a very reasonable cost. My second experience with Collision Plus, has been memorable with exceptional service (upfront expectations, great follow-up, and kept me informed of progress) with both visits. I had a Mazda CX-7, in which I had both front end/back end damage, as well as my airbag deployed. I really didn't know what to expect upon repair. But, I must say excellent job on my CX-7. I have had my car for the past 2 weeks and I must say that I'm truly impressed. Well put together. I would recommend to all my family and colleagues any repairs to go to Collision Plus. I have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata that had been 'keyed' very badly. I took my car to Collision Plus II and they did a FANTASTIC job of removing these scratches; repainted that portion of my car to match the rest of the paint. My car looks like a brand new car. My black G35 Coupe was vandalized and had over 2600$ worth of damage to the hood, fenders, and 2 windows. I knew exactly where I had to take it to these problems fixed. Collision Plus is near my office and in passing everyday I noticed alot of exotic as well as more common cars out front ready to be picked up. Ford GT40, Maseratis, Lamborghinis, Bentlys, to Hondas and Toyotas. Needless to say- They must be doing SOMETHING right. They are thorough in every aspect. Their billing system and paperwork is exactly what insurance claim reports look like. Sam or Nick don't mind explaining the material or procedures they use. Collision Plus makes you feel like you're #1 even if you're not their customer yet. They never push a service on you and you feel like you're in total control. They always keep communication lines open. I inquired for a final wax for the whole car once the insurance work was done. Sam recommended a wetsand and buff. It takes a maticulous, patient, honest, and professional company for me to be completely happy and to recommend it. After getting my car back today, I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Wow! After reading the reviews citysearch, I took my vehicle to Collision Plus. They gave me an estimate and honestly told me what I needed to do with great explanation. They promised me the car in fewer days than other shops and delivered on it. I also found out they have a new location on Highway 6 at I-10 and thats where they gave me the option to take my car ... closer to home and that was a great experience! Recently, a woman managed to back her oversized SUV into my '08 Hyundai Elantra in a parking lot. Her insurance was quick enough to admit she was at fault, but wanted me to go to their ""preferred relationship"" body shop-- a local Dodge dealer. Now, I've never had to deal with bodywork damage before, but I sure as heck didn't want some random Dodge dealership to do the work, especially if their first concern was going to be keeping costs down for the insurance company. I saw the reviews for Collision Plus, and sure enough, they were everything the reviews said! Straightforward, fast, professional, and amazing in their work. The colors were matched perfectly, my car looks new again, and I received an amazing level of care even though I drive ""just"" a Hyundai (you should see the stuff they work on!). Was recommended to my wife from a friend. Her BMW Z4 has seen two repairs to rear quarter panels (repaired one, replaced the other, painted both and rear bumper too). Her BMW 530i was also repaired here with a head-on damage including lights, fender, hood, and lots of little front end parts. All the repairs are pretty flawless. Nick has an excellent paint booth and oven to cure the paint, which was factory paint. Used new parts even when insurance wanted non-new parts used. Free towing and finished on time. Great job. I am thrilled with the way they fixed my car. It actually looks better now than it did before the accident. They convinced the insurance company to replace more stuff on my car and never bothered me once with it. I droped off my car and picked it up a week later and it looked amazing! I was ready to get rid of it before this, but now, I can not wait to drive it around. This is a great shop where the owner takes pride in taking care of his customers. I went here a year and a half ago and am about to go again. The people are fantastic, they really know what they are doing, the quality of work is superb, and, although it has taken until now for me to write a review, I recommend Collision Plus to all my friends. My story starts with my daughter telling me she back her new 2008 Mazda 3 into a pole and did rear quarter panel and bumper damage. My wife and daughter took the car to several shops here in Clear Lake city for estimates and was very disappointed in the way they treated her. Very unprofessional basically gave no information on what or how they would fix the car and basically never even spoke to her. more

My story starts at Christmas time 2006. My daughter had parked her 2006(four months old) eclipse in front of our house and jumped into my car to run errands. While parked a truck ran into it and did some major damage. We had it towed to a local paint and body shop on the recommendation of my brothr-n-law(1st mistake). When we got the car back we took it to the dealership to trade in and that is when the drama started. They showed us where the parts got put onto a bent frame. To the novice eyes you couldn't tell until it was pointed out and then it because so obvious. We lost $10,000.00 in four months. We took it to four different body shops and they all found bad workmanship,but what really upset us was that the original shop did not turn in the rear suspension that was so badly damaged that several pieces where barely attached to the car.( there was a good chance the insurance would have totaled it.) so for money they put our daughter in a dangerous car. Then on top of that they tore up the interior of the car working on it. Not one body shop would touch it because they said it is too hard to clean up someone else's bad job. So we were stuck with a dangerous car that we couldn't get worked on that was worth nothing. Then one morning I get a call from Collision Plus, the manager of the dealership we had bought the car from knew the owners and told them our story. So we drove across town, they were straight forward with us , they stuck to their estimate and worked with us in anyway they could. The car looks fantastic and more important it drives and feels solid. It was wonderful to find a buisness that still believes in customer service and doing a great job for your hard earned money. We learned a hard lesson. There is not much you can do when a body shop does a bad job,so do your homework! Even though Collision Plus is not close to us they will always get our buisness. Took a 2002 4runner I had just bought there to get some rock chips removed from the cladding. The car is pearl white so I had some concerns about color matching. I talked to Samir, explained that I was a bit of a perfectionist and really wanted things done well. He led me through a number of options and price ranges. He told me what would be the best and assured that even with a cheaper option they would do a great job. I ended going with the more expensive option of removing all the trim and repainting it, rather than just taping it and painting it. Picked up the car today- it looks great. Definitely meets/exceeds my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this place to a friend. One thing I noticed when going through the shop is the number of exotic/expensive cars they work on- saw a nice AMG mercedes, porsche, bentleys, rolls royce. Obviously if owners of these vehicles are willing to trust Collision Plus with their expensive cars, someone like myself can feel pretty comfortable that they do good work. Pros: excellent quality workmanship, easy to deal with, willing to explain different options Cons: none come to mind more

I meant to post this last year and forgot. I found Collision Plus here on Citysearch and went to see them when my car was in a small accident. They were so quick to get me an estimate and repair my car. They even gave me a discount for finding them on here. more

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Best of all your car will come out looking fabulous. Niraj did all he could to get the price of my repairs down. Hands down this is the best place in the city to get your autobody repairs done. Pros: Quick Service so I got my car out in 5 days or so, and it was a competitive price more
