I was referred to Lonnie at Collision Care Center through a friend. I just got into a car accident Friday of last week and had brought my car into the shop. Even though the damages wasn't as bad but it sure freaked me out. Being a girl that doesn't really have much knowledge about cars, when I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Bin, the front desk manager. He was extremely friendly and was like, let me give you an estimate since I had call him when I was at the scene of the accident. So they fixed my car within three days. When I got it back, it was parked right in the front of the body shop, with the back backed in. The people there washed my car and also detailed the inside of it as well (this was a pleasant surprise). The dent on the right of the bumper looks like it never even existed. Not only that, but he gave me a very good price to fix the damage along with a 60k tune up. I would say this is the price of a life-time. I would recommend this place to everyone because they are passionate about their work. They care about the customer's satisfaction and is not out there to just simply make money by adding extra charges to the estimate. Lonnie is a great guy. He just doesn't do the work but he does it to the best of his ability. I have found my body shop. Fingers crossed that I don't get in anymore accidents but if I do, I will take it there without any hesitation. Collision Care Center believes in retaining a customer so they can get referrals through friends and family instead of up charging the price of each individuals and not have the customer come back. more

I originally was going to go to the Audi dealership when I got rear-ended, but they had closed down the body shop. They recommended Collision Care Seattle and so I went there. I talked to the person who handles intakes, Ben, and he told me what they would do and gave me an estimate. I had a very positive experience with them. The insurance contacted Collision Care, because there was some worries of hidden damage, and they end up having to rip the trunk open to look around. When it was done they were still within $500 dollars of their estimate. Repairs on Audis take a long time. I had a neighbor who had a similar situation, and his car was tied up for a month. My car was done in two and a half weeks. Collision Care was as prompt as they could given that they were going to do a decent job. They arranged for the rental car to pick me up and had the car ready when I came to pick it up. I have looked the car over thoroughly and it seems to function as good as it did before the accident. They handled everything right and were perfect at answering the questions that I had. My experience was quite positive. more

The owner of Collision Care is always easy to deal with and accessible. Everyone there is friendly and understanding. They are always willing to work with the customer on price and service. I bring all my cars to them. They fully rebuilt my 1983 Datsun truck, which has been in the family since it was new. Collision Care gave me a great price on the work, and it looks brand new. No one likes to get into a car accident. University Audi referred me here. The guys here at Collision Care took care of me. They dealt with the insurance for me and got me a rental car. My A4 looks new and drives the same. I had a previous ding close to where I was hit and they repaired it at no extra charge. That's really cool of them. I definitely would recommend them!
