I was referred to Lonnie at Collision Care Center through a friend. I just got into a car accident Friday of last week and had brought my car into the shop. Even though the damages wasn't as bad but it sure freaked me out. Being a girl that doesn't really have much knowledge about cars, when I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Bin, the front desk manager. He was extremely friendly and was like, let me give you an estimate since I had call him when I was at the scene of the accident. So they fixed my car within three days. When I got it back, it was parked right in the front of the body shop, with the back backed in. The people there washed my car and also detailed the inside of it as well (this was a pleasant surprise). The dent on the right of the bumper looks like it never even existed. Not only that, but he gave me a very good price to fix the damage along with a 60k tune up. I would say this is the price of a life-time. I would recommend this place to everyone because they are passionate about their work. They care about the customer's satisfaction and is not out there to just simply make money by adding extra charges to the estimate. Lonnie is a great guy. He just doesn't do the work but he does it to the best of his ability. I have found my body shop. Fingers crossed that I don't get in anymore accidents but if I do, I will take it there without any hesitation. Collision Care Center believes in retaining a customer so they can get referrals through friends and family instead of up charging the price of each individuals and not have the customer come back.
