Well, I was quoted $145.00-$165.00 over the phone and than was charged $177.00 and the fact that they do not move any furniture at all just amazes me and with them not moving any furniture you would think that they would do an excellent job on the few open areas that they did clean and to be honest, I can do a better job with my shampooer, I even get all corners and up along base boards which they ddi not. Also, I had any area rug cleaned and after he took it out on my driveway and cleaned and opened it up on my kitchen floor to dry, it still have clumps of hair and other items still attached. After asking if he had already cleaned this and he stated yes, I was shocked that he was not willing to take back out side and clean it better, but with the rush that they seemed to be in, it did not surprise me. I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend them. In this case, you do not get what you pay for. Very disappointed.
