I have tried calling to schedule an appointment to have my carpets cleaned here at two different office locations, I am told the route manager will contact me, But he has not, this has gone on for two weeks. its not the first time this has happened, and I have used them multiple times but I have to chase for service. I like the quality of the work but the PR is awful and so is the follow up. So now I get these emails asking for a review. I cant review if the service has not been scheduled nor completed. I am going with Technicare!
