Review content:
The gentleman that came to our house was very friendly and courteous according to my son - I was at work. My only problem is that he did not move the couches in my living room or in the basement - when I have had my carpet cleaned in the past they have always moved the couches. My son would have helped him. I did not expect him to move the dressers or the beds in the bedrooms, but he could certainly move the couches. That bothered me that he literally just went around the furniture. On my basement steps, the edges of the steps were not cleaned either. In my son's room, he did not get under the edges of his bed either, just immediately around the frame of the bed. Maybe I am being overly picky, but I feel that I paid good money to have my carpet cleaned and I think these things should have been taken care of. Aside from that, he did an amazing job with our carpet in the basement that needed some serious love and the carpet upstairs looked really good as well. Thanks.
