This company and its owner (mark) needs to take a lesson in manners and learn how NOT to lie and scam people out of money! $79.. for 3 rooms- total scam not to mention he steals from my mother, who is 72 years old. He talks fast and will tell you ANYTHING to get his foot in the door, mostly with his fake price. Her carpets stayed wet for 4 days and smelled like mildew, went I found out later the carpets formed MOLD because of over wetting, so now not only did he damage the carpets but forced her to pay $280.00 instead of $79.00! he yelled at MY mother and told her he was not going to leave until she pays him $280.00 She got scared because of the yelling and the ""IN HER FACE"" manner he took. I had scheduled Mark from Clean Touch to shampoo the carpet in my condo. I told him I had a flight to catch at night so I didn't have much room in my schedule. He absolutely promised me that he would be there well before my flight. He was a complete no-show, and didn't even bother to tell me he couldn't make it. Less than 2 hours before I had to leave for the airport, I was scrambling to find someone else to do it. Not only did he drop the ball big time - he didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. Stay away from business people who don't have integrity. more
