I had scheduled Mark from Clean Touch to shampoo the carpet in my condo. I told him I had a flight to catch at night so I didn't have much room in my schedule. He absolutely promised me that he would be there well before my flight. He was a complete no-show, and didn't even bother to tell me he couldn't make it. Less than 2 hours before I had to leave for the airport, I was scrambling to find someone else to do it. Not only did he drop the ball big time - he didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. Stay away from business people who don't have integrity.
