I purchased a deal through city deals for $149 that included cleaning 3 rooms and a hallway. First, booking the appointment was easy - the gentleman I talked to was very friendly...

Worst

Over 2 1/2 hours late and didn't honor the prices quoted on the phone. Very disappointing.

Had a bit of hassle and communication with coupon and scheduling. Left some feedback, that they solicited and they replied with the most unprofessional email I have ever read, it was full of assumptions, accusations and even went as far as saying, ""I'm sorry you didn't read..."" One of the rudest and most unprofessional companies I have done business with. The carpets ended up being pretty clean, can't say the same for my driveway, their van left 2 huge oil stains. more

Bought an amazon local deal to have our carpets cleaned. They show up and clean the carpet then apply scotch guard ($40 a room) with out telling us how much it is. We stop them after two rooms and then they claim its our fault. The owner even implied it was due to our incompetence. If we didn't pay they threatened to call collections on us. NEVER AGAIN. Horrible prices and horrible customer service. more

Carpets Took Days to Dry/No response from Company 3/11/2012

The carpets didn't dry until a week. I was planning to move in before a business trip and had to delay my move and open the windows with fans in the winter to get the carpets to dry. The dirty water just settled back into the carpets and they still look dirty; and I am sure the dirt didn't get carried away since the water stayed. I called 4 times to ask for a refund or voucher for the next time I can have the furniture moved for cleaning and they keep promising to call me back or have accounting call me and it hasn't happened yet in 2 months. more

First, booking the appointment was easy - the gentleman I talked to was very friendly and they were able to fit me in w/in the week. Also, they sent me a couple of appt reminders through email. I had never had my carpets cleaned, so when I asked how to prep for the appt, he gave me some good tips. more

I`m very satisfied with appearance of all you take care of for me. Today, the fellow who worked here is a fine example-he`s a hard worker who-I just got along with well! I find the deep cleaning with your equipment an awesome improvement on carpet plus upholstery, brightening and bringing everything to a look of newness! more

Not recommended!! 7/3/2011

I only went through Clean Green because it was on citydeals. com. I called the company to ask about the coupon. The guy on the phone (don't remember his name) told me not to buy the coupon and he would give me the same deal. The coupon included 3 rooms and a hallway up to a $149 dollars. The deal did not include stairs, but I specifically asked him if I could use the coupon for the stairs, he said that would not be a problem. He told me I could use the coupon for anything up to $149, because I did have an area I needed clean rather than just a room. The guy came out that afternoon and told me that the coupon did not include stairs and I would be charged $65 instead. If I didn't wait until the last minute I wouldn't have gone with Clean Green. There were still stains in my carpet. I would not recommend them to anyone! more

I was especially pleased with the outcome of the upholstery cleaning. I'm glad it was able to be wet-cleaned. I have had it dry-cleaned many times, never to my satisfaction. more

Great service 1/29/2011

Great job every time! We've had to call and needed our carpet cleaned ASAP and Brandon has always worked around our schedule any time of the day. We have 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. We've needed some major stains removed. He not only got them out but also gave us helpful tips about what to do at the moment when there is an accident. I have recommended Green Clean Organic Carpet Cleaning and will continue to do so!! Thank you for your excellent carpet cleaning service! more
