I just went to pick up my ornament from a playgroup visit a couple of weeks ago. The owner, Jennifer Haysie, had helped me originally & helped me today. Unfortunately the ""1st Christmas hand print"" ornament (which was very special to me) was not done how I'd requested. I had asked that she match the sample, but add my daughter's name. So, when I said it wasn't quite right, she scoffed, said I wasn't clear, argued, and finally said she'd re-Do it for a fee. I talked her out of that fee, brought my 10 mo. Old inside for a re-do, and she did it wrong again. She threw her supplies across the table, walked away & so I said to just forget it. That's the short version. ?I asked for my money back and she said absolutely not. It was the very worst customer service I've ever seen. To top it off, I had both my daughter & my Mom with me. They didn't deserve to see such awful behavior. Please give your business to the many decent, honest small-business owners that are deserving & honored to help their customers.
