I must admit I read some of these reviews and thought I don't know about this place. But my son last Mother's Day gave me a gift certificate for Clay Escape and I just redeemed it last week. I had a very relaxing time there while working on my ceramic piece. By reading the reviews I knew I need to avoid the Manager Jennifer and hope to get Beth to assist me if I needed any help. While in there I did not know the young ladies name until about 1 hour of working on my project. The young lady was very helpful and pleasant. Come to find out it was the Manager Jennifer. So all I can say is you really have to see it for yourself and come to make your own decision if it is as bad as the reviews that are on here. I would come back and Jennifer it was a pleasure being in your shop. Wishing you success in your business.
