I had never been in. Went with my daughter and 9 month old granddaughter to pick up a custom order paid for in advance. I will never go again unless it changes ownership. I have NEVER experienced such Rude, Hostile customer service in my life. The piece was not done at all as ordered. After the owners awful comments and attitude, my daughter said ""I'm sorry this is so uncomfortable"". The owner actually Threw some painting supplies down on the table, in anger. My daughter said never mind and we got up to leave. The owner told my daughter to leave the piece, and my daughter said but I paid for it. The owner stormed off to the back of the store. We got outside and I said I would take it back in and ask for a refund. I did. A nicer older lady was about to give me the refund when the owner looked out from the doorway in the back of the store and said ""NO! NOT FOR CUSTOM!"" After another lengthy, angry and shocking tirade directed at me, I left the piece and the store. My daughter cried all the way home. The piece was Very important to her, but the worst was the HORRIBLE experience with the owner. This owner obviously does not know about the consequences of customer service. A well known marketing fact is that customers receiving good service tell 3 people and customers receiving poor service tell 10. This customer and her family and friends have told 35+ and will tell more.
