Good Deal, Frank knew more about my car than the new car dealer!! Definate + 3/9/2008

I have been looking for a certain Audi for quite a while, came across City Side Wholesale, his prices seemed too good to be true which initially worried me, however my curiosity prevailed and i gave Frank a call. His knowledge of this rare audi was great - He invited me down for a nice test drive. We negotiated for a while. I had it inspected @ Audi and Frank let me look underneath the car as well. I appreciate the fact that Frank went the extra distance & his price was fair. I have recommended 2 of my friends and one purchased his toy @ Cityside. Pros: A+, Lots of Knowledge, Good Service, Straight Shooter more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!, I bought a 05 Chrysler 300C Hemi Car for several thousands under book value, I did my homework before purchasing. They offered us a certified carfax & nada book out value for no charge and their price was $3000.00 cheaper than the new car dealer for the same car and same mileage/condition & options. Frank, my contact was very helpful and allowed me to have it professionally inspected, finally he offered me a great deal & included a service contract for no additional charge. I liked his upfront selling approach, and ultimately his automotive knowledge. I would refer him to others... Pros: Great Deals, Carfax Dealer, Very Knowledgeable, Easy to deal with more

do your research before going in there, not recommended 1/24/2008

I personally do not recommend this dealer. I almost purchased a vehicle at this dealership. Fortunately I came to senses. They make you believe you that you are getting the deal of the year on their car; however, when you take the car to a official service to get it checked out, you will realize that you are being striped of your money. When you confront them about it, they use offensive language. Pros: They trick you in believing that you are getting a good deal Cons: YOU are NOT getting a good deal! Took my deposit. Vulgar, offensive language! more
