I just moved in.\r Argh,so far it has been a nightmare. Dear Lord the roaches are going to carry me away. It is ridiculous when you open a door and 50 roaches run out. So frustrated by maintenance and this terrible living condition. \r \r COLLEGE STUDENTS beware this place is riddled with LOTS of roaches. They are everywhere and they are relentless. WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO SPRAY>>>GET PEST CONTROL IN ASAP.\r \r Not worth the aggravation, stay at a nice CLEAN dorm. \r \r \r more

NEW MANAGEMNT IS AWESOME!!! 11/29/2010

I have lived here for several years and was planning on moving out because of the previous management and their awful customer service. The new management has been here three months and they have fixed the locking system so the building is secure, they have added flowers and pinestraw to the courtyard, painted the main entrance, work order are now done within 24hrs of me calling them in. They are in the middle of turning the old club house into a new Internte Cafe with free coffee, free WiFi, Flatscreen TV. It's so nice to have management that finally cares about this place. Keep up the good work! more

This place is not great for the price. The front door is constantly broken; either the latch gets broken and everyone has access or the pin pad dies and nobody has access. The gate from the parking garage to the apartments has been broken for almost ten months now and no attempt has been made to secure it. Residents are constantly propping the exterior doors of the lobby open. I assume this is because they have more residents in their apartments than they have door cards. There is nowhere for visitors to park unless they want a ticket. Twice i have had visitors get tickets between the so called 6PM -8AM free time. The management here is horrible and unfriendly and the security guards all huddle together in the booth and never patrol. Pros: Close to GSU Cons: Office Management and homeless people more
