Check engine light nightmare 6/24/2013

You guys took aren't the best at communicating, and it took a few days to get the car working right. But I am greatful for the loaner car I was able to get, and happy the car got fixed, except that it is having the same issue again today. more

Excellent Service 7/29/2011

I had a mechanical problem arise on my 2006 Chev. Impala SS. The window spring mechanism broke on my way to work today . I called Service and got in touch with Steve. I explained I was going out of town tomorrow and really needed my car back. He advised me to get the car in right away and he would do everything he could to make sure I got my car back. He followed through and did just that. They immediately got my car in, diagnosed the problem, and had me fixed up before his original estimated time of 4:30PM on the same day!!! Thank you to Steve and the staff in the garage for turning the beginning of a lousy day into a great day!!! more

Poor communication 7/27/2011

I used the online appointment scheduler on 7/25, requesting service of my 2008 Express 1500AWD for a Stabilitrak and ABS warning light, I also inquired about installing cruise control on the vehicle. The system gave me the option of choosing a time on the 26th, so I chose 9a with an alternate time of 10a. I received no response or confirmation from the service department until the afternoon of the 26th with the following response, ""will need to have an car toys install cruise control...call to make an appointment,to do repairs..206-546-4926"" more

Service Department isn't up to par... 6/6/2011

I would have to agree with one of the other reviews on the salesman telling you one thing and the service department telling you something else. I was told they have loner vehicles, not true. I tried their shuttle service which was disappointing at best - I had to call 3 times for them to pick me up. When you call for service they insist you don't need a appointment of course until you go in for them to look at something and they tell you you need an appointment. The service department is disappointing. more

BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER!!!! 1/6/2011

My boyfriend bought a car there about 6 months ago. It is a used Subaru Legacy which looked great and ran good at first. Almost immediatly after purchasing the car, it was having troubles going in to any forward gears. Literally, one month later he had to have it towed back in because of the transmission problems, and it would not move at all anymore. The service department added some fluid to it and it seemed to have fix it, only for it to start having a loud winding noise when he is driving. He called the service department and they said that they had no idea about subaru's and that he should take it to a subaru mechanic. Then the used car manager called him to talk about it and he had the balls to tell my boyfriend that he said he was told about the transmission problem before he bought it. I was sitting there the entire time from start to finish, and in no way shape or form did they ever mention anything about a transmission problem. And why would he buy a car knowing he would have to drop another couple thousand dollars in to it in a couple months for a new transmission...So to me that just shows that they were fully aware about the transmission issue and hid it and sold him the car anyway. And now they say they won't do anything about it. They claim to be a honest and good company....NOT AT ALL!!!! If you are wanting to buy a used car from them, I strongly suggest you take it to a mechanic you trust first...otherwise you don't know what kind of lemon they are going to sell you!!!!! more

Very good service 3/30/2010

This was a great experience, my husband and I had been shopping around for an additional auto for our family. We had read some great things about the Kia Soul and decided it would be a great addition for the family. We went to several dealerships closer to our home. And after driving the Soul we decided that we did want one. We had our minds set on specific colors and options. At the first two dealerships we went to we felt like we were being forced into buying something we didn't want(color, options) so we departed very frustrated. Then I saw Chuck Olson's advertisment on TV and gave them a call. I was given very easy instructions on how to get to their location. As we live on the far side of town from them. When we arrived. We were greated by the sales person I had spoken to on the phone. Scott was very friendly and knowledgable. We drove several different vehicles then chose one that we truely liked. When we went inside to negotiate the price, the manager that Scott worked with was very accomodating. When we got home with the new Soul that evening my husband and I both remarked that we thought it was the best auto transaction we've ever been involved in. Typical car salesmen - will say anything to sell you an overpriced piece of junk. Bought a new Kia there last year with promises of great warranteed Kia auto service (I was told I could cancel AAA). Don't do it. Kia's roadside service, unlike as explained by the Chuck Olson salespeople, is far from efficient or considerate. My car has been recalled twice, and 5 days before the warranty expired the car's alternator broke. Kia's roadside service had people tow it. The people who came were small locally contracted people. One boy came out who looked 15 years old. The other was an unshaven guy who scraped the car bumper while getting it on the tow truck and who made me sign a receipt without filling it out or giving me a receipt, although he promised to do so. On Saturday, when the car was towed, I was told by a Chuck Olson' Chevrolet agent that I could get a substitute car once the problem was diagnosed. On Monday, once I called, the service department there told me this was completely untrue. I asked when the car would be ready. The service department, in particular someone named ""Bill,"" sounded completely unconcerned that I was without a car and told me he would ""get to it"" when they could. He could not even supply an ESTIMATE of time it would be looked at. Pros: Polite and pleasant receptionists Cons: Lying salesmen and inconsiderate service department. more
