Review content:
I had a mechanical problem arise on my 2006 Chev. Impala SS. The window spring mechanism broke on my way to work today . I called Service and got in touch with Steve. I explained I was going out of town tomorrow and really needed my car back. He advised me to get the car in right away and he would do everything he could to make sure I got my car back. He followed through and did just that. They immediately got my car in, diagnosed the problem, and had me fixed up before his original estimated time of 4:30PM on the same day!!! Thank you to Steve and the staff in the garage for turning the beginning of a lousy day into a great day!!!
