I had my daughter go to this place for a first visit and everything was fine. The following week she was sick, so I called to cancel her appointment and they booked a make-up class for her for the following week. When I get to the appointment the following week, I go into the office with my daughter and I hear the administrative staff talking about my daughter's insurance and how ""the mother"" needs to understand that a make-up isn't possible, that her insurance pays one class per week. What really bothered me was how loudly they were talking about my daughter, saying her first AND last name, what insurance she had and details that are supposed to stay private. When it was time to go in, I told them I didn't want their services anymore. The staff is completely unethical and I felt ashamed that these individuals care very little about my daughter's well being but instead discuss whether her insurance will pay for the bill or not. I believe those things should be treated more tactful. Horrible place!
