I have utilized Magic Touch's services on both my business and residence. I have been quite pleased with the quality of the work, the price and the professional manner in which the company operates. In 2000, I had about 3 inches of water in my finished basement due to a combination of very heavy rains and neglecting to have my sewer line cleaned out. I immediately called Rich at Magic Touch to try to minimize the damage. He was out to my house within an hour, and he began the clean-up process. The fast service that Rich rendered may have saved me several thousand dollars in costs associated with replacing my carpeting, etc. I would highly recommend Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning Company to anyone looking for a reputable service technician. more

Excellent company, services and prices 2/6/2011

Richard came in to clean carpets in 3 rooms after having been 'misled' by another cleaning company. His quote was reasonable and he did excellent work. He willingly explained the process and services and offered tips for stain removal and upkeep after cleaning. I was so impressed, he returned to clean tile grout, microfiber couch and pressure wash the house! He provided excellent service and a thorough cleaning in all areas. I highly recommend Richard and Chicago Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning. more

Great job every time! We've had to call and needed our carpet cleaned ASAP and Richard has always worked around our schedule any time of the day. We've needed some major stains removed.
