Richard came in to clean carpets in 3 rooms after having been 'misled' by another cleaning company. His quote was reasonable and he did excellent work. He willingly explained the process and services and offered tips for stain removal and upkeep after cleaning. I was so impressed, he returned to clean tile grout, microfiber couch and pressure wash the house! He provided excellent service and a thorough cleaning in all areas.
