The owner George and his technician came to my home and not only customized the service to fit my entire (and complex) cleaning needs...such as restretching, holes in my carpet, and severe cat urine damage, but the customer service and attention to detail was top-notch! I researched other companies but was challenged to find one who did it all. We own a high-end home, and I didn?t want to hire just anyone to do this job -I was recommended to Checkmate by my Realtor colleague and am so pleased with the outcome. I was very impressed with how long George stayed to ensure the job was up to Checkmate standards...he even did some work himself while in his professional suit. Micah, his highly skilled employee, made me feel comfortable, was very attentive to my concerns, and was extremely educated in their knowledge of carpet and repairs. I will undoubtedly use them again and again, but will also refer them to my own valued clients, friends and family. Thanks so much for taking care of me!!! more

I spilled a red spicy sauce on my carpet - on the stairs nonetheless - I never thought it would come out, but it did! I always watch anyone in my house doing anything and the tech took his sweet time - which is a good thing! The last CHEAP carpet cleaner we had in left soap in the carpet which made the whole carpet get dirty again - within months it had uniform spotting all over it and looked TERRRRRRIBLE. Checkmate Carpet Cleaning saved the day though, the carpet looks brand new. I will never go with anyone else again. Pros: Awesome service more

In my experience I have found carpet cleaning companies to be categorized as ""a dime a dozen"" but in the case of Checkmate Carpet Cleaning I would have to say ""Hats off to the true cleaning professionals."" This is definitely a unique company with a true passion for achieving superior results and good old fashioned customer service. I am amazed at the high degree of education that the technicians have. Every angel is covered from the time I place a call to schedule my appointment up to the time the technician hands me my bill. Not a step is missed and each is executed with precision. I found their website to be extremely useful when looking for additional information. I took a peak at some of their videos posted and was blown away by some of the connections they have in our community. All-in-all this is a fantastic company to do business with. Bravo. Pros: Excellent service, well educated employees and helpful office staff. Cons: They are not the least expensive company out there but they are certainly worth every penny! more
