In my experience I have found carpet cleaning companies to be categorized as ""a dime a dozen"" but in the case of Checkmate Carpet Cleaning I would have to say ""Hats off to the true cleaning professionals."" This is definitely a unique company with a true passion for achieving superior results and good old fashioned customer service. I am amazed at the high degree of education that the technicians have. Every angel is covered from the time I place a call to schedule my appointment up to the time the technician hands me my bill. Not a step is missed and each is executed with precision. I found their website to be extremely useful when looking for additional information. I took a peak at some of their videos posted and was blown away by some of the connections they have in our community. All-in-all this is a fantastic company to do business with. Bravo.
Pros: Excellent service, well educated employees and helpful office staff.
Cons: They are not the least expensive company out there but they are certainly worth every penny!
