Outstanding 8/28/2015

Normally I don't write reviews. I have been searching for a reputable HVAC tech for 5 years. This is the first company that has met all my needs. Same day service, no BS and upfront pricing. I don't like trying to be scammed or upsold. Champion is the first company that was completely honest and forthright. more

Indoor temp 85+ for over 3 weeks and after paying $3K+ later 8/27/2015

Kudos to Jaime Camarillo who immediately pinpointed true problem-- clogged drain. Makes other work performed suspect. The champion AC slogan "we do it right the first time" was definitely not met. Waiting for GM Chris to contact me to further discuss outrageous cost ($3k) & poor performance. Office staff helpful in accommodating my need. more

Unfortunately my newunitwas to be replaced on a Saturday. However the unit designated on the contract was too big for the event space it was to occupy. The process was delayed from Saturday to... 8/27/2015

I would sincerely appreciate a descriptiomn and price on computerpto validate the price and also an amendment to the contract as to the change in unit. I was extremely pleased with your technicians they were professionals in the true meaning of the word. Great job Mike and Mike! more

Overall GREAT experience 8/26/2015

We knew our air conditioner needed to be replaced...(it was 14 years old) but we were hoping it would last longer. One day on a Thursday night, the house was hot and I told my husband what is going on? He checked and said the air con needs to be checked. We didn't know who we were going to call, but we had seen a commercial on tv just that morning and decided to call. I got a hold of someone, told her the problem, and they sent out Richard the very next day. He advised us of the problem, and in the end we got a new unit. Both Richard and Roland were great, they explained everything to us, and installed the new unit. I feel great now, and I know we did the right thing. Thanks guys! more

Too many problems for a new system installed by Champion 8/25/2015

This very expensive system installed by Champion three years ago has already required two visits by repair technitions. Seems like I can only expect to be spending $300 to $500 a year just in maintaining this very badly designed system. I do not know if the new AC systems are just designed badly or if you installed a cheap system. All I know is that I paid for a top of the line system and what I received was a system which will fail two or three times a year. more

Great customer service!! 8/25/2015

the technician that came to my house was Richard Andre. I was so pleased with the job he did. He was extremely friendly and respectful. I feel that he explained everything very well too. I have probably had 20 people in my house over the last year working on things and Richard was the first one that I felt worked hard and went above and beyond!! Thanks! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! 8/24/2015

My husband & I were very happy with our experience with this company. They were quick to come out and diagnose and went over the best solutions to get us a new unit and even gave us some helpful tips they we could do to help the quality of our system. Justin C & Jesse M were very efficient and courteous. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. These guys are friendly and I would highly recommend them to family & friends!! more

Jon (the hvac technician) was excetional. He explained everything he was doing in terms that anyone could understand. He was professional, friendly and made me feel as if my AC troubles were important to him. I will use Champion AC from now on! more

excellent 8/20/2015

Our upstairs ac unit went out while it was 100+ degrees outside. It was great that they were able to come right away and got it going on the same visit. Office people were polite as was the technician. I will definitely call them when we are ready to replace the unit. more

Call out to Company 8/18/2015

My AC went out , coming home around 7:30pm , I was so happy Champion was open until 8pm. Alfredo came out to our home approx 930 am, I got a courtesy call from a very nice gentleman to let me know he was on his way, Alfredo explained in detail the inital plan and spent time on the phone explaining to my husband the process and plan for our home AC. A discrepancy was recognized on our bill, we called Champion AC, Spoke with Cris S (GM), whom was very nice and understood our issue we had with our bill. Cris was very kind enough to refund the correct amount . He made a lasting impression on my husand and myself, for that reason we stand behind the 5 star service, recommendations and communication that champion hold behind their name. I'm now a happy customer 8/12/2015

I initially called champion to come out to service my AC because it was not cooling. The first technician that came out made some repairs that got the system running. After a week our AC was not cooling again. I called champion with our complaint and requested a more experienced technician. They sent out Aaron Christianson and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong in detail. He offered all the options and helped us make the best decision for our home. Aaron's great service has made champion the only company that I will use or recommend for AC repair. more

Great Service!! 8/11/2015

Aaron came out to our house on short notice to repair our AC. It's Texas and its August...these things can't wait! Aaron was very clear and explained our options and gave us sound advice on what we needed. Aaron was also friendly abs exceptionally curteous during this time. Can't say thank you enough for the fast and problem free service Aaron provided! I would recommend his services to anyone needing honest and reliable service! more

Fast, Professional 8/8/2015

We have struggled for years to find a reputable AC company that doesn't try to upsell/oversell. A friend recommended Champion and we are very pleased with your service. We were (reluctantly) ready to buy a new unit, but that wasn't necessary at all. Our service tech was Jon and he was awesome. Great communication, honest, didn't charge us for unnecessary services (he realized freon wouldn't be necessary, so he didn't try to sell it to us). We called Champion at 10 am on a Saturday morning. They had someone out within three hours and had the unit fixed within an hour. We are very pleased and not only will we use your service again, we will happily recommend you to friends and family! more

Excellent Service 8/7/2015

We were so pleased with the maintenance service we received recently. Our technician was Josue Lopez and we would highly recommend him...he took his time checking out our system inside and out (on a 100 degree day no less), took care of a few minor repairs while he was here and explained everything to me in great detail. He was courteous and friendly, answered all of our questions and was able to discuss our system, how it was running and how it could run more efficiently, with ease and confidence. Every time he entered our house he covered his shoes which was much appreciated and something you don't see very often. We are super happy that we choose Champion AC and will definitely request Josue for future repair/maintenance calls. more
