Kudos to Jaime Camarillo who immediately pinpointed true problem-- clogged drain. Makes other work performed suspect. The champion AC slogan "we do it right the first time" was definitely not met. Waiting for GM Chris to contact me to further discuss outrageous cost ($3k) & poor performance. Office staff helpful in accommodating my need.
