the technician that came to my house was Richard Andre. I was so pleased with the job he did. He was extremely friendly and respectful. I feel that he explained everything very well too. I have probably had 20 people in my house over the last year working on things and Richard was the first one that I felt worked hard and went above and beyond!! Thanks!
