Great Job on a complecated new residential install by Jason and Chris on Saturday 10/4/2014. 10/6/2014

Jason and Chris arrived at 0730 on Saturday 10/4/2014 for a complete complicated residential new install. The team was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. They insured that I had complete understanding about the unit being installed and the improvement over the unit being replaced. They made sure that I understood how the new thermostat program worked for both heating and cooling programming. The team of Jason and Chris very meticulous about cleaning up , after the installation was complete. I would absolutely refer Champion Ac to anyone for ALL heating and AC needs. GREAT JOB ! Jason and installing our airconditioning unit 9/29/2014

Jason showed up on Saturday morning 20 Sept. 2014 early after calling us to let us know he was coming and when to expect him. He was very courteous and concerned about our needs. He had to work all by himself. In 2 1/2 hours he had our unit in and working and performed multiple checks of inside and outside units to his high satisfaction. He left the areas neat and clean and even removed his shoes when doing work inside the house. He was very informative and answered all our concerns. He told us of other areas of the business that he had worked which indicated his expertise from years of experience. We would ask for his assistance anytime we might need future work done. more

Champion to the rescue! 9/28/2014

I had just had a very negative experience with American Home Shield and was wondering what to do next. Justin Beck was my first Face to Face contact with Champion AC. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all of the ins and outs of what options were available for my dad's house. After a lengthy discussion, I decided a replacement was the way to go. Justin explained financing options and was also kind enough to bring out temporary portable AC units to cool down my dads house until the installers arrived the next morning. Great work! It has been 2 weeks and everything is going great! more

Champion AC is the BEST!! 9/18/2014

Champion AC is definitely the best in the business. I needed my AC unit looked at and they were able to schedule a tuneup the very next day. Justin is a highly knowledgable technician that thoroughly explained our units issues and our options to repair or replace the unit. Since our unit was 20 years old, we chose to upgrade to the latest and greatest. Jason and Chris came out the very next morning and were able to install our unit in 8 hours. They were very Professional, courteous, and pretty funny guys. They gave us a great walkthrough on our new unit. Overall, just an amazing company. Couldn't be more pleased. more

Phenominal Customer Service!! A+++++ 9/16/2014

After several other failed attempts of other companies trying to fix my air conditioner I called Champion AC. The customer service I recieved over the phone had me impressed from the begining. They sent a technician out that same day and even called me to let me know that the technician was on the way. I was still uneasy about having another technician to my home after my previous experiences with several other companies. The technician arrived and it was like night and day from the other companies. He made me feel at ease from the moment he stepped in my home. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and provided me with several solutions to my problem as opposed to just trying to sell me a new system like all of the other companies. He talked to me about financing these repairs as they were more than I could afford at the time. He got me approved within a couple of minutes and I was able to afford the repair that was the best option for me and my family. The technician was able to complete the repairs right then and there. When he was finished he let me know about their Champ Club Membership so that my AC will be protected year around. This is important to me because I know that me and my family have a peace of mind and that Champion AC will be there when I need them. Thank You Champion AC!! more

I want to thank Alex and Alex and Champion AC for a job well done on my new AC. Alex and Alex worked hard on a hot summer day to take out my old AC and install the new AC. They kept us informed of the plans and the work they were doing. Both were professional and efficient. more

Great Service!! 9/8/2014

I had Champion come out to repair my 1 year old air conditioner. I had the company that installed it come out to look at the unit, and the repairman came out, installed a part that he said should have been installed originally. It took him 10 minutes and he sat in his truck for another hour. We were charged $225 for that visit. A month later it went out again, so I called Champion. Jon came out an found the problem within minutes. The main power wire was extremely loose and was causing the unit to short out, which was tripping the breaker. I was charged $89 and he checked the entire system to make sure that was the only problem. Great Service at a Great Price. more

Found & fixed the problem immediately! 9/4/2014

Justin showed up as scheduled and was very professional and courteous. He listened to my summary of the problem and immediately located the problem - the insulation inside the duct fell on top of the coils preventing/restricting proper air flow and caused condensation to fill drip pan and discharge onto the patio. He also topped off the freon which was a tad low and did all of this in a timely manner. He took the time to explain everything he needed to do before doing it. I learned a lot by watching him work and now have a greater understanding of how the entire system works. Great Job! Excellent Customer Service Care 8/28/2014

Need to Thank Jon Weixel for helping me out in a tough bind. My AC was not working and thought I was going to need a whole new system in place because I had gotten it serviced by another company and that is what they had told me. That there was no life left in the system and very frankly we were not prepared to spend that kind of money. So I called Champion AC and the next day Jon came over and explained that the outside unit still had life in it and that there were a couple things he could do to make it cool again. He explained what I would need to do to extend the life of the system and then explained that the size of the system was to low. I will be prepared in a couple years to change the system and I will not hesitate as to who I am calling to replace the system. I am calling Champion AC were honest hard working people give honest quotes and aren't really looking to make money of you. They treat you like family!!! more

Excellent service 8/28/2014

I have called this company 3 times recently, and had 3 different people work on our A/C units. Shawn was the most recent one to work on our system, and have had both Rene and Brad out. Each one had been professional and efficient and explained the various problems and solved them. The office staff are also great, and do their best to schedule appointments ASAP, and notify you when the tech is en route. I would highly recommend this company. more

Outstanding Job 8/22/2014

First I want to thank Gilbert for explaining everything and working with me. I wanted a 16 seer and that is what he showed me. I had 2 other companies come to my house and they disregarded what I wanted and tried to sell me their most expensive units. I went with the traine and I am very pleased . It is quiet and with all new unit in the attic and outside, house cools off quicker and feels less humid. I aso get a rebate from cps. I want to thank Jason and Chris, they worked their buts off all day, the temps were bad, I felt sorry for them, but they hung in there until the job was finished. I would highly recommend them and I am also a veteran and a spurs fan. more

Customer Service 8/18/2014

we had our a/c unit go out on a Thursday and i called Champion on Friday to come check it out. the out side unit was dead, so they set us up with a new Lennox system to be installed on Saturday. Jason and Chris showed up and knocked it out of the park, they were very friendly and helpful though the process. they didn't even mind my dog running around while they worked. very very good service. thank you for all your help. more
