Thank you so much to Champion Air and my service manager Aaron Christiansen. I was promised a thirty-minute arrival time from placing my call and had a knock at my door within 25 minutes. Aaron was extremely polite, professional, cleanly dressed, and pleasant. Once I gave a run-down of the problems I was having, Aaron immediately went to work checking my entire system. I was kept informed every step of the way. His thorough check of my HVAC system and explanation of findings gave me absolute confidence in his assessment of the work needing to be performed. Once the assessment of my system was completed, Aaron compiled several options for getting it back in order. Each option was clearly and thoroughly explained; containing the full cost and a payment option, which I greatly appreciated. The work on my system was efficiently completed the same day. I would absolutely recommend Aaron and Champion Air for anyone's HVAC needs. I feel confident in the work performed and the costs applied. Thank you, Aaron, for your kindness, professionalism, and for valuing my time and money. more

System trouble shoot for problems 7/30/2015

Technician arrived on time and did a through inspection of the unit. Found system low on freon 22. He added 3 pounds of freon and rechecked for leaks. more

The Champion Team is Excellent 7/15/2015

Jaime Camarillo made a service call to our home and recommended we get a new unit. He ordered it and Champion AC promptly sent an installation team, Justin Cavazos and Thomas Hope. They installed it correctly and efficiently. They were very respectful and considerate, and explained what I needed to know about what they were doing and about how the system worked. I felt very confident they were doing their very best work for me and for the company they represented - Champion AC. Jaime Camarillo followed up the next day with a quality inspection of the new installation, making sure everything was working perfectly. He was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied and understood everything. We are so glad that our AC system will be maintained by Champion AC. more

We had a simple A/C issue:clogged drain pipe. Our tech came in, climbed into the hot attic and over the Christmas trees to get it fixed!! Would absolutely call again. more

WHEN MY YOUNGEST SON RECOMMEND THAT I SHOULD HIRE CHAMPION AC TO INSTALL OUR NEW SYSTEM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ON 2013 THAT WAS BEST DECISION I MADE . Excellent service. 7/3/2015

We needed tune up for a five ton unit and Jon was able to complete it thoroughly, identify issues and assist us in determining what was best for us and our unit. Very knowledgeable in his field and answered all our questions. Was on time, willing to work and take his time and all with a pleasant demeanor. Will use again!!! more
