While the professional sent to my house was attentive, polite, and neat. I found his evaluation of the problem inaccurate. I explained that I had an old unit that would need replacing soon, from that point forward, he pushed this solution. He could not make an accurate diagnosis without charging more due to the make and model of the unit which is completely understandable. However, he went straight for large problem parts, I can see logic in this as you want to make sure the home owner knows the worst case scenario, but if that part has been replaced recently it isn't likely it is out. I felt the professional was unable to let go of the belief certain parts were out without exploring other options. The actual problem was a capacitor which was not even explored in the diagnosis.
