Furnace Replacement 10/8/2013

Jason and Chris came by early in the morning and did a standout job replacing my AC furnace and coil. They explained to me what they were doing and did a swift workout on all the procedures. The AC is running smoothly now and everything checked out fine. I would totally recommend Champion AC to anyone and Jason and Chris as awesome workers. Also, props to Gerald who checked it out the day before and diagnosed everything properly! more

Amazing organization! Super Knowledgeable! 9/24/2013

As you know, the heat in South Texas is extremely challenging, especially when the A/C goes out. The whole process is beyond stressful. After several appointments with various competitors for estimates, we settled on Champion AC. There is no comparison in the service we received. Their office staff is amazing! PJ in the office assisted us with an easy pre-approval credit application and scheduling the first appointment with Mark, their "Home Comfort Advisor". He was amazing and very professional! He asked probing questions to ensure he was meeting our needs, provided various options and a fair price. The Champion AC technical installers, Jason and Chris are amazing too! They were extremely cautious with our home; they answered all of our questions and provided additional information on how to care for our new system....absolutely very knowledgeable; professional, thorough.....I could go on and on. I would recommend this organization to anyone. From the very beginning, every single interaction was conducted in a professional manner and we knew we were dealing with a company that truly follows through on their promise of taking care of their customers' needs. We are so thankful for their thoroughness, integrity and professionalism. Again, thank you PJ, Mark, Jason and Chris, Michael and Priscilla for everything. We are so happy! more

Excellent customer service 9/18/2013

When my A/C system broke down I immediately panic on whom to hire to repair my system. After many calls to multiple HVAC company I settle on your company was very pleased by the person who handled my call. She was courteous and very pleasant to talk to. The person that handled my call was Lety Gonzalez, and I want to thank her for treating with respect and for making me feel like I really mattered. The service I received from your company made an uncomfortable situation a lot more bearable. All my future repairs and recommendation will be with your company. more

RENE & SEAN ARE THE DREAM TEAM 9/16/2013

My AC has broken twice in the 2 months that I have lived here and when Rene and Sean arrived they were nothing but respectful and kind and didn't try to get me to buy anything I didn't need. They were funny, and even though it was Sean's first week on the job he was phenomenal. if I could add more stars I would. :) more

Exceptional Service by Rene B. 9/10/2013

We needed to either repair or replace our old air conditioning unit. Rene was very knowledgeable, competent, and informative on his first visit. He explained the logic and reasoning for our different options. His respectful and friendly manner lead us to have confidence in his recommendations. He was a pleasure to work with and we now have a new unit. Thanks Rene, for a job well done! more

Our AC unit was not working. 9/7/2013

We recently moved to San Antonio. Our AC unit quit working. After calling Champion in the evening, a technician came to our house the following morning. Gerald Miranda was professional, explained the problem so I was able to understand, gave a few options for repair, and answered all of my questions. We will definitely call again for future work. more

We’ve had better luck! 9/5/2013

Champion AC is the only place we rely on for HVAC work in San Antonio. Over the last year or so, they’ve basically replaced all of our ductwork. They are really cheap, but they are also really professional. We’ve had better luck with them than all the other companies we’ve tried. more

The best A/C Service I have ever had. 9/4/2013

As soon as Gerald Miranda arrived, his personality and customer service skills became apparent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and understood the situation I was in. No a/c on a 100 degree day. He told me what my options were and even took the time to speak with my brother ( who owns his own a/c business in Houston) on the phone. Victor and Mike came and did the installation the next day. They too were very professional and their work was outstanding. It's good to know that there are businesses out there who can be depended on when they're needed the most. Thanks again for your great service. more

There was a lot less rattling than usual. 9/1/2013

The Air duct work is not the only thing that I’ve hired them for, but they do it really well. When they replaced my ducts they actually did a better job than the original that came with the house. There was a lot less rattling than usual. more

First, the responsiveness of the company is something I haven't seen before. Second, Gerald immediately recognized the issue and went to work fixing the issue.
