These guys fixed my car's problem as quickly as they possibly could! They did an awesome job and guaranteed their work would last! Since I can't do the repairs myself, I love bringing my car here for repairs! more

Where the Rubber Meets the Road 10/4/2013

I have dealt with automotive repair shops for almost 40 years. But, non that I have ever trusted like I trust Chuck and the crew at Certified. I don't drive away asking myself if what they told me was right or if I really need that repair they suggested. I have never been talked down to like I did not understand cars. Chuck has answered every question I have ever asked with easy to understand and non insulting terms. He has never tried to talk me into doing a repair until I understood exactly what needed to be done. I have to admit I may not like his answers sometimes, but I trust him. And so do many of my family members. more

Once again chuck and his crew didn't disappoint. Our car was in for service before a recent trip, and they alerted us to a problems with the tires, not a major issue, but one that I'm glad was pointed out before an extended highway trip. Thanks again for going above and beyond. more

the engine is hesitating much less. In fact, I did not feel any @ all until 2 days after the replacement of the cam sensor & it is minimal. GOOD JOB!! more

Honesty and Integrity 8/27/2013

The potential longterm full cost of the work was going to be excessive for the value of the vehicle and was not recommended to be completed. This advice will save me money, but cost Certified the work. I greatly appreciate this type of honesty and true Christianity. more
