Reported the issues the found with our car before beginning any work. We agreed on what to repair, work completed with factory parts, and we were notified car was ready to be picked up. Cost was the most reasonable car repair invoice I've had in quite a while. more

Car repair away from home 4/30/2013

The service was quick and helpful. They where personal and very upfront about everything. Their honesty surpasses other auto repair. Just to avoid looking wrong, certified auto charge me only the price of the parts and not labour when they found a few other problems. They were all very knowledgable about my problem and very personal in wanting to help. more

I like that fact that they don't put cheap parts on the vehicle. They install what the manufacturer recommends and then they stand behind it with a great warranty of their services! more

Bad news; excellent service. 2/6/2013

I brought my car in for a "checkup" and was given news that it wasn't really worth the time. While discovering this information put me in a bit of a tailspin, I respect and appreciate the company's willingness to forego a moneymaking opportunity by giving me an honest appraisal of my vehicle. I will gladly bring future cars here for service. more

The BEST service EVER! 2/1/2013
