Worst

I went to Century Auto Collision & Svc for a small paint job on my rear bumper, they said it would take 3 days, but within the 3 days, they called me to say that my car was broken...

Amazing Service 2/20/2012

I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride to get a rental and handled all the details (with no out of pocket expenses). They also fought with my insurance company to use NEW parts and not fix old broken ones. I think that alone is enough to take your car there. Service was great and the work spoke for itself. They repaired a cracked fender and replaced a headlight making it look better than ever. I will definitively be back for other work needed. They were also accommodating with off hours and weekends. more

Crooks and Thieves 12/4/2011

I went to Century Auto Collision & Svc for a small paint job on my rear bumper, they said it would take 3 days, but within the 3 days, they called me to say that my car was broken into and parts were stolen. They gave me a rental car, and I thought it was fine, but my car repairs took more than 2 months. The nightmare began when I saw my car and all the parts that were said to be stolen looked like the ones I bought and on the insurance claim form, they did a lot more repairs than was required, and when I did not play along their game and reported to the police, they charged me $6000 for car rental. bank of america settled and I still had to pay 50% of the car rental which was very stupid. These insurance frauds will lie and steal to rip you off. Never go there if you want just a simple job. more
