I went to Century Auto Collision & Svc for a small paint job on my rear bumper, they said it would take 3 days, but within the 3 days, they called me to say that my car was broken into and parts were stolen. They gave me a rental car, and I thought it was fine, but my car repairs took more than 2 months.
The nightmare began when I saw my car and all the parts that were said to be stolen looked like the ones I bought and on the insurance claim form, they did a lot more repairs than was required, and when I did not play along their game and reported to the police, they charged me $6000 for car rental.
bank of america settled and I still had to pay 50% of the car rental which was very stupid.
These insurance frauds will lie and steal to rip you off. Never go there if you want just a simple job.
