Want to thank the gentleman who helped me with my tow service on Sunday, February 5, 2012 between 12:00pm - 3:00pm. He was a cutie! more

They did a good job repairing my car after it was in an accident. Took a little longer than I had hoped. more

Had a flat tire and had Central Towing come out and low and behold I also left the keys in and turned on so I had a lock out and dead battery to top it off. The driver they sent out was fast and very nice. Should have counted as a couple of service calls but he only used one so I have a few more left. more

You should have called and asked for the owner I know him very well and he would have taken action against this employee. This company does not want a bad experience for any of it`s clients. Feel free to call the owner he`s always there. Daryl Raab more

The dispatcher told me the driver would be there within the hour. He didnt show up for almost 2! When he did show up the guy was hitting on me in front of my daughter. What a creep. When I tried to ignore him, feeling really vulnerable on the side of the road with his guy (out in the sticks of Livermore), he preceded to give me his phone number and told me he could do the tow cheaper if I paid cash. After my car was in the towing position, he continued to tell me all about how he would love to take me out on his ski boat and that he lived out by me near the delta. The guy had looked at my registration that was sitting on the seat! I started to freak out. There was no way I was going with him in the tow truck. I had to call a friend to pick us up out in the middle of nowhere in the dark. The entire experience with this company was awful. My friend told me NOT to complain to the company because this creep had my address. Try explaining that whole experience to a 9 year old little girl. Pros: They didn't damage my car or steal anything Cons: read the review - really scary! more
