Horrendous service, and highly unprofessional business office. Cntinued to charge me for 4 months even after I canceled my monthly parking via e-mail and phone. I am currently still being billed, and had to contact my bank in order to stop them from charging my credit card I initially gave them. How are they in business?? They pry money out of customers unjustly 24/7 I'd have to assume more

have to call 911,took my car keys, 1/1/2010

i park on 10 west 46 street ny ny 10036. this people are thief, they advetise for 15 dollars whole day and charge 25 dollars.by leaving small poster saying some event time. very very bad experince . when i asked to honour there own coupns on web ,they want 24 dollarsi said 15 dollars is you advetising,guy took my car key,i have to call 911 ....finally lack of time i let it go... more

They Stole my SunGlasses 7/3/2007

I agree. I am very disappointed with Central Parking System in NYC on 55th Street, off Broadway. I parked my car and came to pick it up finding that my expensive sunglasses were stolen from their eyeglass case. When I came back the next day to complain, the manager said "it couldn't have happened here". They basically called me a liar. I don't care about the sunglasses, but the principle of it just sucks. I will not use them again. I advise you all to take your valuables with you if you park there. more

Why cars and Manhattan do not work 9/18/2005

Just horrendous - Central Parking System lots are horrendous; service is r\ude. The attendant really attempted to rip me off for a monthly garage spot as they can do because the company does not appear to be managed well at all. Calling in ahead to have your car ready was a waste of breath - no matter the intro ride, I would recommend avoid if at all possible. I can say that my car was not damaged at all by them - so there is something positive to say more
