I was having a really bad toothache at around 4am, but thanks to CPW's 24 hour reception I was able to schedule an appointment right away and come in later that day. As soon as I stepped in their office, I was greeted with a huge smile from the front desk receptionist who said, "You must be our new patient! Welcome to our office! Here is a gift bag for you!" (WOW!!!) I felt so special! I was completely impressed. All of the other staff members were just as lovely. They saw me right on time, and I did not have to wait. Dr. Lhota is literally one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is patient, clear, caring, and sincere. He took the time to answer all of my (many) questions, and I did not feel rushed at all. I needed to have one of my teeth extracted right away, and I was able to schedule an appointment the VERY next day! I felt so taken care of! They also have wonderful payment plans/options available. And I love the fact that they are open 7 days a week, with much later hours than most other places, and a 24 hour receptionist! The quality of customer service here is the kind that you will find in the best luxury hotels. I love CPW Dentistry, and I am completely impressed with all of the services I have received.
