This place is a hidden gem on the Upper East Side. It was recommended by a friend and I can't believe it took me this long to discover it. The skin treatment was amazing. Not only did Celia customize the skin treatment to my skin and my concerns, she also spent time with me on how to care for my skin so it remains as supple and radiant at home as it was when I left the salon. Then came the manicure from Mimi which was amazing and so detail-oriented. This place is the ultimate pampering, purifying and healing experience. It truly felt like I escaped the city for a few hours.? Pros: Facial and Nail Treatments are unreal! more

I have been going to Celia's for facials for years. She is amazing. People consistently think I look 10 years younger then I am because of the amazing condition my skin is in. I owe my glow to Celia! The manicure and pedicures are also amazing. Pros: best facials more

The staff here takes their time and gives you the most amazing treatments. The manicure and pedicure is awesome, your polish will last forever and your hands and feet will feel great! Celia gives the best facials, your skin will glow and Celia makes sure you know how to keep it glowing. All of her products are the best quality, you will never go anywhere else for skin care again. Her waxes are also great. Celia is so skilled that you will not feel any pain from her bikini wax! Best Spa Period!! Pros: Best mani/pedi/facials more

I've been going to Sandra for Electrolisis. I've had others in the past, but no one compares to her experience and success. I had a huge problem and hid my self from public affairs for years until Sandra completely fixed me and turned me back into a hairless beauty. She's a true pro. Celia gives the best Facials ever, she's gives you a big time slot and discusses what you can do at home to improve your skin. She's not interested in making a quick buck, she cares about your skin and the future of your skin. When you see her skin you'll know she's the real deal. This place is a delight to visit. It's quaint and peaceful. Pros: Facials, Manicure,Pedicure, Best Electrolosis in the world!! more

great spa, great service 12/8/2008

Although I haven't been here, I work right up the block and happen to buy my GF a gift certificate from Celia's. The employees were very helpful at putting together a gift package that was within my budget. Since her appointment, which included a full body massage, manicure, pedicure and wax, she hasn't stopped raving about the quality of service. If you're looking for a high end spa at reasonable (NYC) prices and centrally located, this is the place...so I'm told. Pros: Great location, great price and great service more

I have gone to Celia for years and will continue to do so. Being a small spa, your individual needs are truly catered to and you leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The facials are fantastic! more
