The glowing reviews for CHAT are from 2005 & DON'T reflect the reality of how they operates today. 1) Dr. Brunt only comes in to the clinic 2-3 days a MONTH. 2) CHAT does NOT off...

Hard Sell Approach is NOT Cat Friendly 6/17/2010

I will not be back. The costs were high and the service was minimal. If you are looking for quality service at a reasonable rate, this is not the place for you and your cats. And if you don't go for their suggested treatments, the attitude is ""shame on you"" instead of ""how can we meet your needs."" Pros: Only see cats Cons: High Prices and Hard Sell more
